Safe housing & medical care

We provide free housing for pregnant mothers in crisis situations, and arrange regular checkups and ultrasound at Sanglah Hospital.

Ongoing support & vocational training

Throughout your pregnancy, we make available to you community supports, psychological counseling, and vocational training for independence.

Birth at Sanglah Hospital

Through our partnership with Sanglah Hospital, we ensure you have safe and supported care at birth.

After birth, we support you whether you decide to keep your baby or have it legally adopted by an approved adoptive parents.

FAQs

Is this support free of charge?

Yes, our support for pregnant mothers in Bali is completely free. There is no cost for housing, medical care, counselling, or vocational training. We will never ask you to repay any support received, regardless of your decision.

Yes, your situation stays fully confidential. Your personal information is only shared with team members directly involved in your care, and with government authorities (such as Dinas Sosial or the hospital) when legally required or necessary for your care. We will never disclose your identity or situation to family, media, or any other party without your written consent.

Our support continues throughout your pregnancy and delivery. After birth, continued support is available for up to 1 month for mothers who choose to keep their baby — with a gradual plan toward independence. For mothers who choose adoption, our support continues until all documents needed to submit the adoption application to the Provincial Social Affairs Office (Dinas Sosial) are complete.

We sit down together to understand your situation and explain how Belarasa can help — without judgment and without pressure to decide anything right away. That said, making a decision before your baby is born may help ease the emotional burden and reduce decision fatigue later on. You will also receive psychological support, both before and after delivery.
